Of course if there is a faulty product when you recurved it , please contact us. Follow the care instructions below to make sure your lights last.
Do not keep the lights on for more than 3 hours at a time. Do not pull on the wires too far or pull far away from the decor. The lights run on battery, keep water away from the battery pack.
