Of course if there is a faulty product when u receive it, please you can contact us. Follow the care instructions below to make sure your lights last.
Do not keep the lights on for more than 3 hours at a time. Do not pull on the wires or pull it too far from the decor. The lights run on battery, keep water away from the battery pack.
